Elizabeth A. Lowrey nee White, age 50, of Bensenville, found peace, Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Devoted wife of David Lowrey.  Favorite daughter of William (the late Lois) White. Loving mother of Paul, Alan and Rachel.  Loyal sister of Mary (Marco) Quazzo, Nancy (Eric) Mueller and Shirley (Michael Herzog) White.
Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Devoted godmother of many. Liz lived to pass on her faith through her teaching in the Catholic School system; beginning at Our Lady of Grace School of Chicago in the early 1980’s , with her final position as Founder/Director of the Mary Queen of Heaven Preschool in Elmhurst. She brought laughter and surprise to everyone around her. A visitation at the Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York Rd, Elmhurst, Tuesday, August 10, 2010 from 3-9 pm. Prayers at mortuary, Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 9am followed by a funeral mass at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church 426 North West Ave, Elmhurst  10am. Interment Towne of Maine Cemetery, Park Ridge, IL.
