Skelnik, Sr., 76, of Elgin.  Found rest August 18th, 2010, with his family at his bedside.  Veteran of the United States Air Force.  Loving Husband of Darlene, nee Woelke.  Dear Father of August (Donna) Jr., Michael, David (Karen), Eric (Ana), Theresa, Scott (Nancy), Gerald (Yvette), Barbara, Keith (Sandra), Christopher, Jacqueline (Tim) Nugent and Nicholas (Donna).  Cherished Grandfather of 26 and Proud Great Grandfather of 11.  Fond brother in law and Uncle of many. Family and Friends may attend a Memorial Visitation, Monday, August 23rd, 3 to 9 PM at The Pedersen-Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York Rd., Elmhurst(3 blks. N. of North Ave.,). On Tuesday, August 24th, please gather at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 145 E. Grand, Bensenville, to celebrate a Memorial Mass at 10 A.M. Rev. John Klein, officiating.
