Dear Stacey, We wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our heart for everything you did for us with dad's burial. We so appreciated your kindness, smile, demeanor, willingness to help and accessibility. There was never a time when you didn't respond instantly, frankly it was beyond what I would have expected. You were even willing to drop off the thank you cards at mom's house. Regardless of what question I asked, your response never made me feel uncomfortable. I wish every service business operated like that. Further, I wasn't sure what to do about the flowers and eventually ended up finding another polish flower shop where I ordered them. Everyone would say in that case that it's not an issue and my choice, but eventually they make you feel awkward. You never did, Stacey and I really appreciated that. In addition, we found the entire staff at Pedersen very friendly and helpful. The funeral home itself was warm, bright and very pleasant. We and our guest really felt so welcome and comfortable being there. Despite the fact that it was such a sad occasion, we found it easier to deal with the situation of being surrounded by the pretty flowers outside and the updated, bright rooms inside. All around, I cannot say enough how happy we were that we found Pedersen Ryberg during our time of need. Thank you so much.

I was just at a service for Alberto Arce this weekend, and was also there for the passing of his wife last year and I just want to say the remodels that have been done have made such a huge difference. Not only that but the attention to detail during the procession with the two cars blocking the intersections, the professionalism with the lights and organization was just A+. Tiny things like that really made the family feel so important in their time of loss and I heard many comments about how well run everything was. Just wanted to reach out since I know too often compliments go unsaid.
