Jorge A. Fernandez, age 57, of Carol Stream. Father of Matt (Sabrina) and Ezequiel (Rosalia) Fernandez; Grandfather of Mateo, Nicco, and Maxima; Brother of Marcella Cheloni; former Husband of Maria Azlor. Jorge was an executive chef at Ruth's Chris Steak House. He was a world traveler, enjoyed going to museums, and was an avid art collector - he especially loved paintings, clocks, and keys. Visitation Wednesday from 3 pm until 8 pm at Pedersen-Ryberg Funeral Home, 435 N. York St., Elmhurst, Illinois. Cremation is private.
