Michael Joseph Rebeck, Veteran US. Marine Corps, of Elmhurst, IL, passed away Nov. 7, 2015 at the age of 74. Michael is the Beloved Husband of Paulette (nee Dudek) Loving Father of Adrienne (Cy) Arce; Proud Grandfather of Miranda Elizabeth, Nya Grace and Isabella Nina Arce; Dear Brother of William (the late Rebecca) Rebeck, Jody Rebeck and John Lemaich; Fond Brother in Law of Carl (Marian) Dudek; Fond Uncle of Kevin (Anna) Dudek and Kelly (Nathan) Aurand; Dear Great Uncle of Hadley Lou. Visitation at the Pedersen Ryberg Mortuary, 435 N. York St., Elmhurst, on Monday, Nov. 9, 2015 from 3 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015 beginning with prayers at the mortuary at 9 a.m. and proceeding to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Bensenville, IL , Funeral Mass 10 a.m. Entombment to follow with Military Funeral Honors at Mt. Emblem Cemetery. Michael was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Dr. Thomas A Dooley Assembly 209 and also member of Council 1911 Elmhurst, IL. Member of the A.A.O.N.M.S. and assisted in flying children to the Shriners Burn Unit Cincinnati, OH He also assisted with the Honor Flight Chicago, helping Veterans see the WWII Memorial in Washington, D.C.
