Sarah L. Halteman

Sarah L. Halteman was born on December 12, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to Peter and Tina (nee Calderon) Spina.  She passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 in Northlake, Illinois. Sarah is survived by her children Linda (Frank) Breen, Michael (Kimberly) Halteman, Robert Halteman, and Tina (Rob Schalk) Lazar; her grandchildren Gerry (Matt) Nixon, Jimmy, Ricky Breen, Little Bobby Halteman, Kelly, Jillian Halteman, Christopher (John) Parciak, Anthony Lazar, Kenny Flowers, Sarah Flowers, Robbie Schalk, Alexis Schalk, and Ryan Schalk; her great grandchildren Ryan Nixon, Avery Nixon, Joey, and Delaney; her siblings Pete (Karen) Spina and Georgina Caffaro; and by the loves of her life, her dogs Sandy and Paris.  She is preceded in death by her son Charles Whittington and her parents. Visitation Sunday, January 5, 2020 from 3 pm until 8 pm at Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home, 435 N. York St., Elmhurst where service will be at 11 am on Monday, January 6. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
