Sylvia Violet (nee Dianish) Lauridsen, age 90, passed away February 27, 2017. Loving Wife of Warren; Dear Mother of Cynthia (the late Thomas) Grant, Kenneth (Debra) Lauridsen, James (Diane)Lauridsen; Devoted Grandmother of Corin Grant (Katie), Elizabeth (Rev. Arthur) Brueggeman, Michael (Emily) Lauridsen, Jason Lauridsen; Fond Sister of the late Anne (Paul) Tomaich, the late Rev. /Dr. John E. (Lenora) Danish; Daughter of the late John and Anna (nee Kvorka) Dianish; Aunt and Great Aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was a Registered Nurse, a volunteer church secretary for 35 years, and a very active member of her church. Visitation Friday, March 3, 2017, from 3-8 p.m. at Grace Lutheran church, 950 S. York Rd. (At Belmont Ave.) Bensenville, IL 60106 and where visitation will continue on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service 11 a.m. Interment Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
